I have been working at Jardine Aviation Services for around three years. I meet people from all around the world and help them to check-in every day. I learn something new every time while I assist a new passenger.
My most unforgettable memory of working as an Airlines Ground Services Representative happened in 2013 when typhoon Usgai hit Hong Kong. There were lots of cancelled and delayed flights. I have to check-in passengers for many flights at a time. Our team worked together to speed up the check-in process.
