Once I served a passenger who suffered from amblyopia, meaning she could not see very well, and who had to stop over in Hong Kong for 5 hours to catch another flight. She was travelling in a wheelchair and I found that she was so vulnerable to intimidation by the unfamiliar environment at the airport. In order to make her feel comfortable, I decided to accompany her during the whole transit period. I had dinner with her and offered her water. I talked to her before we moved to a new place so as to give her a sense of security. I felt so happy when I saw her boarding the flight. I get job satisfaction from helping passengers.
